- 2 pandan leaves
How to make a cake Putu Mayang is:
- Cover with a clean napkin sarangan steamer, place the dry rice flour, steamed approximately 1 hour, set aside.
- Pour the rice flour with boiling water, a little salt, stir well. After cold knead until smooth. Divide the dough into 3 parts, each of which is colored red, green, and let 1 part white.
- Put the mixture into a mold putu Virgin, tap out to fit the shape of the desired size. Steamed about 25 minutes until cooked. Serve with sauce.
