Heyho folks,

pada postingan kali ini saya menghadirkan artikel khusus terkait bisnis kuliner berkualitas dan yang paling spesial lagi adalah ini pertama kalinya saya posting di blog mayrecipe.blogspot.com ini menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Ya, Indonesia negeriku. Tanah air beta, pusaka abadi nan jaya.
Karena saya ingin membantu  anak bangsa dalam  mengembangkan usahanya dengan bahasa tanah air sendiri dan lebih mudah dipahami.
Bisnis Kuliner adalah kegiatan jual beli berupa makanan dan minuman dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan. 

Apakah anda seorang pebisnis? Penikmat kuliner? Atau baru akan memulai usaha?
Dalam berbisnis, kita harus pintar-pintar dalam mengelola usaha tersebut. Nah, nanti akan saya jelaskan mengenai cara perhitungan keuntungan pada hasil usaha anda. Bukan hanya sekedar urusan hitung menghitung, selain itu kita juga harus memiliki beragam pengetahuan mengenai kebutuhan kita dalam  terjun ke dunia perdagangan ini. 

Hal pertama yang dibutuhkan dalam  berbisnis adalah modal. Ya kan? Ini penting sekali. Beberapa pebisnis yang telah berhasil dibidang usaha yang mereka jalani sering kali mengatakan bahwa modal bukan laha hal yang paling utama. Namun, menurut saya itu penting. Modal disini saya artikan bukan hanya sekedar dalam  wujud materi. Melainkan banyak modal yang masih perlu kita ketahui. Beberapa modal bisnis tersebut yakni: Niat, Mental, Keteguhan dan kekonsistenan dalam memulai usaha, serta jaringan atau relasi pertemanan.
Ada beberapa orang yang telah berhasil merintis bisnisnya benar-benar dari 0 (nol). Percaya atau tidak? Saya pernah mengikuti workshop dan pebisnis sukses itu menyatakan bahwa dia adalah seseorang yang tidak pantang menyerah dan punya hubungan yang baik diantara seluruh teman dan keluarganya. Ini penting sekali. Menjalin silaturahim kepada siapa saja tanpa pandang bulu. Anda tidak akan tahu apa yang terjadi esok hari, bukan? Siapa tahu orang yang tadinya anda benci tiba-tiba menjadi orang yang paling sangat anda butuhkan dikemudian hari? Kalau sudah begitu siapa yang merugi? Atau orang yang anda benci tersebut malah menjadi sumber rezeki bagi anda. Dia akan memberi anda modal atau bahkan peluang bisnis maupun usaha lainnya yang tidak terduga-duga.

Kedua, setelah anda memiliki modal yang saya sebutkan diatas maka barulah anda memikirkan hal kedua ini. ada beberapa aspek yang harus anda perhatikan dalam memulai usaha anda yang brilian itu. Baik berupa aspek ekonomis, masa depan bisnis dan aspek teknis.
Berbicara mengenai aspek ekonomis, disini memiliki arti mencakup faktor profit margin, penjualan yang dilakukan, target pasar yang ingin dicapai, serta biaya-biaya yang diperlukan dengan menggunakan analisis bisnis.

Beruntunglah bagi anda yang terlahir untuk mempelajari ilmu ekonomi khususnya bidang akuntansi. Semestinya anda memiliki modal plus plus dari pejuang bisnis lainnya dengan dukungan ilmu pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang tata cara maupun teknis dalam hitung menghitung maupun strategi mengahadapi masalah-masalah bisnis yang akan anda hadapi nantinya.
Namun, jika anda bukanlah seorang ekonom, jangan khawatir banyak juga pebisnis yang bahkan tidak bisa membaca dan menulis. Beruntungnya adalah mereka memiliki orang kepercayaan. Tetap semangat!!!

Selanjutnya aspek teknis, disini memiliki arti penting dalam mengidentifikasi atau mengukur bagaimana cara menjalankan bisnis tersebut dengan baik setelah modal tadi terpenuhi ya tentunya. Kedepannya kita berbicara mengenai produksi barang atau jasa yang anda jual. Teknis ini merupakan unsur dari strategi bisnis juga. Manfaatnya adalah untuk meminimalisir elemen-elemen yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan bisnis. Jadi, kita perlu untuk antisipasi sejak dini. Betul kan?
Jangan suka yang instan. Mulailah dari hal yang terlihat sederhana dan gunakan insting anda serta inovasi anda dalam pengembangannya. Saya pernah belajar dari dosen saya dengan rumus TAMI yaitu: Tiru, Amati, Modifikasi, Inovasi.

Nah, yang terakhir adalah aspek masa depan bisnis. Ketika kita sudah memutuskan untuk satu usaha bisnis, sebaiknya kita jaga konsistenitas itu. Maka dari itu, pikirkan benar-benar prospek bisnis yang anda jalani. Pikirlah dengan jangka panjang. Okey? 

Yang ketiga adalah pemasaran. Dimana aspek ini adalah hal terpenting dalam penjualan produk anda. Tanpa penyampaian atau komunikasi pasar yang baik semuanya akan percuma. Jangan bangga loh udah buka bisnis. Kenapa? Ya kalau anda buka bisnis ga ada yang beli gimana? Gimana caranya? Perhatikan cara pemasaran anda dengan partner anda. Sekarang sudah banyak teknik pemasaran yang berkembang. Baik dengan media online, print out, atau secara langsung dari mulut ke mulut.
Gimana? 3 aja cukup yaa tips dari saya? Haha.. memang saya Cuma bisa memberitahu anda saja, tetapi belum bisa mempraktekkan dengan benar. Tetapi, bukankah berbagi ilmu itu bagus? Bermanfaat kan? Mari kita sama-sama belajar mulai dari sekarang. Merenung mulaiiiiii. Haha
Ini saya kasih bonus tentang ilmu akuntansi yang pernah saya pelajari mengenai bisnis jual menjual. Hehee..
Perhatikan dengan seksama yaa!

Jadi, ini tentang penghitungan modal usaha bisnis anda. Berikut langkah-langkahnya:

Menghitung HPP/ modal pokok usaha anda
Contoh: anda buka usaha penjualan sosis bakar jerman (nama kerennya Bratwurst) kalo di Jogja sih udah jadi sosis bakar tugu hahaa. Oke fokus.. nah berapa modal anda beli sosis, saus, kecap dan bahan-bahan lainnya yang dibutuhkan itulah harga asli atau dinamakan dnegan HPP *ini bahasa keren anak akuntansi loh.

Menghitung Harga Jual
Contoh : tadi HPP buat satu sosis bakar jermannya adalah Rp 6.000 nah, anda jual Rp 10.000
Dengan demikian anda memperoleh untung Rp 4.000

Menghitung laba kotor
Contoh: yang Rp 4.000 tadi saya jelaskan adalah laba kotornya. Belum laba bersih setelah dikurangi biaya tenaga kerja atupun biaya operasional lainnya.

Putu Mayang Recipe

met again with my post.. this time I will discuss about Indonesian recipes. As I promised in my previous post titled Indonesian Traditional Food so now that I realize my promises.

In this post, I will discuss thoroughly the Indonesian traditional cake called Kue Putu Mayang.



It is said that the first time this cake was inspired by the merchants or traders from India who had stopped in Indonesia. However, the shape or texture of the noodles is larger and there are different ways of processing and the mix with cake Putu Mayang typical Indonesian.

Indonesia has a diverse ethnic and cultural. Each area has their own special food. Well, for one cake that is not known for certain the actual origin of the Indonesian region which part yaa. Unfortunately yes, a lot of food that we do not know the history or philosophy. This fact is enough to make me curious. Because this cake with my name and my ex girlfriend candidate. Hahaha ... just kidding bloggers .. However, do not be too bothered because Putu Mayang is a unique and delicious cake and the most important should be preserved. Let's examine the ingredients Kue Putu Mayang and manufacturing process.


As for the ingredients you need to prepare are:


  • 250 grams of rice flour
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt
  • 550 ml boiling water
  • Red and green dye


Coconut milk sauce:
  • 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
  • 200 grams of brown sugar, finely sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 pandan leaves


How to make a cake Putu Mayang is:
  •     Cover with a clean napkin sarangan steamer, place the dry rice flour, steamed approximately 1 hour, set aside.
  •     Pour the rice flour with boiling water, a little salt, stir well. After cold knead until smooth. Divide the dough into 3 parts, each of which is colored red, green, and let 1 part white.
  •     Put the mixture into a mold putu Virgin, tap out to fit the shape of the desired size. Steamed about 25 minutes until cooked. Serve with sauce.

why in this post I wrote about a traditional Indonesian food recipes?  Yeah, because I am Indonesian.
Indonesia is my beloved homeland, tanah air beta, pusaka abadi nan jaya. Disana tempat lahir beta, dibuai dibesarkan bunda..


 
Okay sorry guys, I got to sing my country song called Indonesia Pusaka.  It is absolutely nothing context  with this post. Let us re-focus to our discussion with the topic of traditional Indonesian recipes.




 










Indonesia is a country rich in their allspic. Until the state makes various natural wealth envy. In addition, the Indonesian people are also creative in creating a delicious meal with a unique taste. However, along with the development of the age range of traditional dishes Indonesia increasingly difficult to find. Some traditional Indonesian food is almost destroyed or forgotten by the people. This is due to the lack of special attention in preserving cultural heritage that has diverse and delicious taste on the tongue. Some Indonesian foods have even been recognized as a typical food of other countries. Ironic.

Therefore, it is necessary for Indonesian citizens to continue to produce and introduce the typical food of this country to all citizens and all corners of the world. This step can be started from small simple even though, for example, in a family environment. Every weekend we can make meals or snacks for our little family. so they will know about the food we cook it. Surely every dish that was made by a mother in the family will have its own story to their children. They will talk to their friends about the diet they have ever tasted. This is one form of socialization in preserving traditional food of Indonesia. Many foods typical of our time can be a nutritious snack with families or big events in the housing complex. The food is simple: pancakes, cakes Apem, putu cakes, cookies putu Virgin, lemper cakes, cookies bowsprit, getuk lindri, and much more.

Traditional Indonesian food is synonymous with the world perkuean. Moreover, each region also has excellent food each.
