Hey guys, I have a few posts filled with recipes and tips on food. It feels incomplete if the food is served without refreshment thirst. Water is a very important element for the body. 70% over the human body is filled by water. Water is the most good and healthy to meet the body's need for water or minerals is known as aqua mineral water or water in Indonesia. However, to quench your thirst and enjoy the freshness in the throat, it would not hurt if you try other drinks. This drink dikreasikan such a way with a mixture of natural dyes and choice of fresh fruits. Hmmm yummy .. 

In choosing drinks we also have to be smart and observant. Because many unhealthy beverages are sold around us. most snack at random will result in your throat pain, digestive disorders and other diseases. Rainbow Cocktail
 Colors of the rainbow seems not only popular cake name only. Rainbow shades are also present in this one type of beverage.

 


Ingredients: 
  • 1 apple unfortunate1 red dragon fruit
  • 10 fresh strawberries, cut into 4 pieces 
  • ½ part melons 
  • 1 of lychee fruit 
  • 1 slice peaches 
  • 200 grams of canned mandarin oranges 
  • 1 kiwi fruit 
  • 600 ml soda water 
  • 200 ml vanilla syrupIce cubes to taste

How to Make: 

1. Peel the apples, then cut into small dice. 
2. Soak apples in water to keep them fresh. 
3. Cut fruit like kiwi and dragon fruit cubes. 
4. Sliced ​​fruit such as peach and melon fruit cubes. 
5. Combine soda water and vanilla syrup. Stir until blended. 
6. Enter the fruits that you have cut into the soda water mixture and vanilla syrup. 
7. Prepare the serving glasses filled with ice cubes that already. 
8. Serve in cold conditions.

1. Milk Chocolate

5. Beet juice
